Meeting Design and Facilitation Strategic Planning

We specialize in designing and facilitating participatory and purposeful multi-stakeholder meetings that achieve organizers’ and participants’ shared goals and are as enjoyable and generative, as they are productive. We believe in co-creating spaces, capturing and building on the emergent individual and collective needs and energies of each group. These gatherings have included working meetings of international networks, retreats for human rights defenders, trainings for social and environmental justice NGO cohorts, and funder convenings—among others. Work with Funders

We support the efforts of different funders to engage these issues with their grantees, through exchanges and reflection focused on active and empathic listening and mutual learning. We help with such tasks as establishing and documenting their own practices with organizations, adapting proposal guidelines, serving as a bridge among donors supporting capacity building, and generally acting as a sounding board on organizational development work.
