Organizational Strengthening

We promote, guide, co-create and facilitate organizational strengthening processes that foster individual and collective development, seek to dismantle oppressive dynamics and center principles of humility, learning, inter-connectedness, care, joy and celebration. 

Our organizational strengthening processes are highly tailored and may include facilitated working sessions, workshops, trainings, and follow-up as needed; individual and collective coaching and accompaniment; restorative practices and healing rituals; as well as creation and adaptation of tools and sample materials. We have done several in-depth organizational assessments and facilitated shorter self-assessment exercises aimed at helping groups identify and prioritize their institutional strengthening needs and plan concrete steps to address them in gradual and sustainable ways.
