Organizational Consulting

We are four independent, multicultural and multilingual consultants based in Buenos Aires, Argentina; Mexico City; and Washington, DC. We collaborate, support each other, and “interweave” (entrelazamos) to assist human rights, social and environmental justice groups in their journeys toward a healthier, fuller and effective organizational life. Our support responds to the contexts, needs, capabilities and dreams of each group, respecting their individual ways and rhythms.

We believe that even minor movements can achieve great transformations inside organizations. These shifts, in turn, can reflect outwardly, leading us to the new world we dream of.

Our name, entre-lazos (pronounced “én-tray lá-sos”), is a Spanish word meaning “interweaving.”

Even as we work on serious issues and are often humbled by the huge challenges in building the world we dream of, we believe in the inter-woven (entre-lazado) power of nature, art and beauty to nurture and inspire our work and that of the organizations we accompany. The words and design of this site reflect this belief. We are enormously grateful to Paulina Guillen and Ana Sofía Ganem, from ‘Arquetipa’ - two young Mexico City-based artists who drew and designed this site, beautifully capturing our emotions, thoughts and aspirations as a team.
